You and your friends will indulge in Dom Perignon, the world’s most celebrated luxury vintage champagne, and an array of mouth-watering food pairings designed by Iron Chef Winner and host of PBS Plate and Pour, Mark Tarbell.
The Dom Perignon will be expertly paired with tasting bites made up of the classics, such as frico, caviar and lobster, and new surprises exploring caponata, pan-seared diver scallop, and smoked BBQ.
